All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer shipping to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number.
5. Delays
Zelvion Pets is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
